What’s included with registration?

In-person registration includes continental breakfast and lunch for Monday February 17th, 2025 and evening receptions as well as Institute sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitor booths, continuing education credit, and volume of practical materials that highlight and expand upon the presentations.

Will there be Remote Access Available for the Conference?

Yes! The 2025 International Tax Conference will offer remote access for those unable to attend in person. Online participants will have full access to live sessions, materials, certificate of attandance. Register-Online Here

Can I get CLE (lawyer) or CPE (accountant) credit?

Yes! Please bring your professional license number.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available beneath the Centro Internacional de Congresos (CICY) , with access from Cupules Avenue and Colon Avenue.

Where do I check in and pick up my badge?

Check-in and continental breakfast open at 8:00 AM in front of Conference Rooms 23 & 24 on the third floor.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend wear business casual attire when attending the conference. Please keep in mind that the city of Mérida tends to be warm in February.

Consider the following attire:
Ladies: Dresses suitable for warm environments, linen or cotton pants, silk blouses, traditional skirts, sandals, or platform shoes.
Gentlemen: Guayaberas, linen shirts, cotton or linen trousers, loafers, or shoes.

What are the accommodations for dietary restrictions and special access needs?

Lunch will be provided, any dietary restrictions can be indicated in your registration.
