The conference held by the University of San Diego School of Law – Chamberlain International Tax Institute is the premier international tax conference ⁠with emphasis on the United States and Mexico. Since 2005, this conference has brought together tax practitioners, policymakers and academics for an annual conference on cross-border and U.S.-Mexico tax issues.

Patrick W. Martin launched as the founder with the University of San Diego School of Law the first international tax conference in 2005.
